Our Basic Turnover Package is designed for apartments and properties that are already in fair condition and mainly require professional cleaning, light touch-ups, rekeying, trash removal, and final move-in preparation. This package is built to help property owners, managers, and investors quickly prepare units for new tenants while maintaining professional presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.

Light cleaning includes full-apartment cleaning and sanitation throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, doors, baseboards, countertops, appliances, cabinets, sinks, mirrors, flooring, windows, and other commonly used surfaces. Properties with carpet flooring may also include carpet cleaning as part of the turnover process to help restore cleanliness and move-in-ready presentation.

Trash removal includes removal and haul-off of unwanted items, debris, abandoned belongings, and any waste created during the turnover process. Our team does not rely on on-site dumpsters for company-generated debris and works hard to leave the property clean, organised, and professionally presented upon completion.

Basic touch-ups include patching nail holes, repairing minor wall damage, surface preparation, texture blending, caulking, paint touch-ups, and cosmetic corrections designed to restore clean presentation and help walls blend naturally with surrounding surfaces.

Move-in preparation may include minor maintenance items such as appliance replacement, cabinet door replacement, thermostat replacement, toilet paper holders, hardware adjustments, fixture replacement, minor plumbing or electrical corrections, and other small repairs that can reasonably be completed during the turnover process without requiring major labour or extensive reconstruction.
