Painting & repairs

We provide full-service interior painting and repair solutions designed for fast, high-quality unit turnovers. Our team handles everything from full apartment repaints to detailed touch-ups, using both roll and spray techniques for a clean, consistent finish.

We restore and repair all wall surfaces including sheetrock, wood paneling, and interior structures. Services include full sheetrock replacement, patchwork, hole repairs, tape and float, texture matching, and complete wall restoration.

In addition, we refinish and restore cabinets, including sanding, staining, and varnishing when needed. Whether it’s minor cosmetic repairs or full interior restoration, we ensure every unit is move-in ready with professional results.

We provide full restroom remodeling and restoration services, including tile installation, plastic panel wall systems, flooring replacement, and complete shower upgrades.

Our services include installing Hardie backer, repairing or replacing rotted subflooring, building and upgrading walk-in showers, and installing or replacing glass shower doors.

Cleaning services

We provide full-service cleaning and complete unit clean-outs, including eviction clean-outs. Our team removes all furniture, debris, and unwanted items to restore units to move-in-ready condition.

We haul all trash using our own trailers and transport it directly to the dump—we do not use property dumpsters.

From deep cleaning to full clean-outs, we ensure every unit is left clean, cleared, and ready for the next tenant.

Plumbing & electrical

🔧 Plumbing Services

We handle all plumbing needs, including fixture installations, pipe repairs, shower devertors, drain unclogging, water heater repairs and replacements, garbage disposals, and more. All work is performed to OSHA and code compliance standards.

⚡ Electrical Services

We provide full electrical services including diagnostics and repairs, outlet and switch replacements, GFCI installations, dryer outlets, breaker panels, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, exhaust vents, and running new wiring. All work meets OSHA and code compliance standards.

HVAC Diagnostics repairs and installations 

We provide full HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including refrigerant recharges (R-22 and R-410A), coil cleaning (in place or removal), system tune-ups, and complete unit change-outs. All work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards.
